Dinner Exchange with the University of Gastronomic Sciences, Pollenza

On Friday, 24th April, we organized a participatory dinner for 10 students of the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenza, Italy. The students of the Masters in “Representation, Meaning, and Media” created the dishes from the food we gathered earlier in the day at various organic food stalls at the Rathaus Schöneberg market.
